They say that there's a rainbow around every corner. Which proved to be true. Though the city of Riga itself was a bust, we were able to stop at a lovely secluded little beach off the highway, not far from the border between Latvia and Estonia. We made it to Tallinn before 2:30 PM which gave us lots of time for walking around and sightseeing before dinner. Mom and Dad took the car back to the rental agency, signifying the end of our road trip. Though we weren't in Russia yet, it did seem to finish up there.
